Aron Wander

Northeast Campus Organizer

Aron joins the J Street U team after working for MDRC, a public policy research institute, and volunteering as an organizer for IfNotNow, a Jewish anti-occupation movement. He graduated from Princeton University in 2015, where he studied political science and creative writing, and participated in a range of Jewish and Israel-related organizations. After graduating, he moved to Israel with the intention of serving in the IDF, but returned to America after developing a chronic pain condition. Nearly a year later, he joined IfNotNow’s New York chapter, where he led the community-building team, served as an orientation trainer, helped plan local actions, and assisted with national communications. Aron is from New York, and now lives in Cambridge, MA.
