Ben joins J Street after working with the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee in Israel as an Entwine Fellow. In this role, he taught English to students, helped execute donor events, and wrote descriptions of the JDC’s programs for young Israelis at risk. In 2015, he graduated from the University of Chicago, majoring in International Studies with a focus on the history of the Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa. During his time in college, he studied abroad in Israel and conducted research in Windhoek, Namibia. Ben was born in Cleveland, grew up in Dallas, and now lives in Washington, DC.
