J Street U Regional Coordinator, Mid-Atlantic
A compassionate attention to our social world fuels Alexandria’s forward movement. A queer perspective paired with German heritage strengthens her resolve for human rights and Jewish allyship, which all informs her work at J Street. She has moved across various sectors within civil society while developing a unique aptitude for youth empowerment and community organizing. She is excited to build on her experience in international affairs, having previously led collaborative research on global movements for justice while guiding a team of interns based in Karachi, Pakistan. Alexandria is particularly inspired by J Street’s position that to be pro-Israeli necessitates being pro-Palestinian (and vice versa). She is currently completing a MA – Urban Studies degree and delights in the discovery of new experiences and human connections. She hopes to continue participating in the construction of a more equitable, sustainable world throughout her career.
