Vice President of Finance and Administration
Danny Yu is J Street’s Vice President of Finance and Administration. Danny has extensive experience in financial management and reporting, fiscal planning and analysis, accounting, benefits administration, and grant and administrative management. For the past 15 years, his career has been focused on providing comprehensive financial management and support for organizations in the nonprofit world. In his most recent role prior to J Street, Danny served as the Director of Finance at the Center for Community Change (CCC), a national social justice organization working to build power and capacity of low-income people, especially low-income people of color. Prior to CCC, Danny spent his career managing and administering the finances of other nonprofit organizations in the Washington, DC region, including those in the conservation field as well as public sector.
Danny has a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from George Washington University. Danny currently resides in Arlington, VA with his wife Katie, his son Connor and their dog Stella.
