Chief Operations Officer

Kate Press is the Chief Operating Officer of J Street, where she has spent over 15 years growing with the organization from campus organizer to executive team member. Over that time she has led regional and field engagement, program strategy, and organizational operations, focusing on building strong teams and improving interdepartmental collaboration. Before joining J Street, Kate worked in international development. Kate received her BA from the University of Toronto and her MA from Carleton University in Ottawa. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
