Major General (Res.) Noam Tibon

This year’s keynote speaker will be Major General (Res.) Noam Tibon. Major General Tibon enlisted in the IDF Special Forces in 1981, and rose quickly through the military ranks. Beginning his service in Sayeret Matkal, his experiences in the IDF range from Commander of the 202nd Battalion of the Paratroopers Brigade, to the Head of the Personnel Division of the IDF Ground Forces, to Major-General and Appointed Commander to the Northern Formation. Major-General (Res.) Noam Tibon is a Senior Policy & Security Advisor to the organization Our Soldiers Speak.
