Valet Parking is available onsite at the Grand Hyatt Washington for $75 per night.

Self parking is available at the 10th Street garage attached to Grand Hyatt Washington, located on 10th Street between H and G Streets for $48 per day. Please note that self parking at the 10th Street garage cannot be charged to your room, and there are no in and out privileges. EV charging stations are available on Level C.

Additional parking is available at 11th Street City Center Garage, located on 11th Street between H Street and Palmer Alley, for $22 for overnight parking.

Financial Accessibility Information 
J Street is committed to making the Convention accessible to all members of our community and does not want cost to be a barrier to attendance. If the standard prices of a Convention ticket would prevent you from attending but you are still interested in registering, we are able to offer a Pay What You Can rate in order to help make the Convention more accessible to you. If you feel that you need access to this discount, please reach out to Joseph McGuire on the Events Team at joseph@jstreet.org for information about a discounted rate.
 

The Grand Hyatt Washington is accessible from Metro Center via the DC Metro Red, Blue, Orange & Silver Lines, and Gallery Place/Chinatown stop via the Red, Yellow and Green Lines. Directions from Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) are provided below.

FROM DCA/REAGAN AIRPORT: From the metro stop at the airport, take the Yellow Line to the Gallery Place/Chinatown Metro station, and exit the station onto H Street. From the Metro exit it is a 7 minute walk to the Grand Hyatt Washington. For alternative transportation, a cab or Uber from DCA to the Grand Hyatt Washington will likely cost around $20.

FROM IAD/DULLES AIRPORT: For public transportation, take the Silver Line Metro from Dulles towards Largo to the Metro Center Stop (18th stop after boarding the Metro), and exit from the G St NW/11th St exit. From there it is a 2 minute walk to the Grand Hyatt Washington. For alternatives to public transportation, a cab or Uber from Dulles to the Grand Hyatt Washington will likely cost around $50.

FROM BWI/BALTIMORE AIRPORT: A cab from Baltimore to the Grand Hyatt Washington will likely cost around $70. SuperShuttle, a shared-shuttle service that allows you to make reservations, is a cost-effective option for transportation to the Grand Hyatt Washington. You may also take a shuttle from the airport to the MARC or Amtrak rail stations and take the MARC or Amtrak trains to Union Station. Once at Union Station board the Red Line Metro to Metro Center and exit from the G St NW/11th St exit. From there it is a 2 minute walk to the Grand Hyatt Washington.

Our Advocacy Day will take place Tuesday, November 9, 2027 on Capitol Hill, in Washington, DC from 9:00am – 4:00pm. (Individual schedules will vary.) If you would like to attend Advocacy Day on Tuesday, November 9, you must sign up (at no additional charge) when registering for the Convention.

Luggage Storage Information
Luggage storage will be available for those who wish to participate in Advocacy Day at a location near Capitol Hill and Congressional offices. More information will be provided to Advocacy Day participants via email.

Outbound Travel Information
If you are planning to participate in Advocacy Day, please make note of your outbound travel arrangements. Meetings on Capitol Hill can go until 4:00pm and it takes approximately 1 hour to get to either BWI Airport or Dulles Airport from Capitol Hill via car and approximately 30 minutes to get to DCA from Capitol Hill via car.
