Vice President of Finance and Accounting

Erik brings experience in the government and non-profit sectors, most recently as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (“HIAS”) and Chief Financial Officer for the Appalachian Regional Commission (“ARC”), based in Washington D.C. Erik is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Government Financial Manager. Erik holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and a Master of Public Administration with a focus on government and nonprofit finances, both from George Mason University. Erik managed many projects related to transforming financial policies and procedures and supported the organizational mission by setting the strategic direction for the office of finance, in addition to managing its overall organization financial health. Erik enjoys spending time with his family and friends and playing soccer when he is not working. He also loves to travel to many different countries with his family to experience new cultures and food.
