Evan joins J Street after graduating from American University in 2023 with a degree in international studies. There, he focused on peace, global security, and conflict resolution in the Middle East and North Africa region. Evan also studied Arabic in Amman, Jordan and published a research paper titled “Israel-Palestine and Student Identity: Campus Discourses of Antisemitism and Decolonial Advocacy.” Evan grew up in the Squirrel Hill Jewish Community of Pittsburgh and now lives in Washington, DC. He enjoys exploring new restaurants and cafes, painting, and reading fantasy novels.
