Assistant Director of Young Professional Engagement

Shana is a dedicated educator, community builder, and advocate who is passionate about cultivating vibrant Jewish communities and empowering emerging leaders. She joined J Street in 2024 and spent her first two years at J Street as the J Street U West Coast Campus Coordinator, supporting and developing student leaders across the region. Shana now serves as the Assistant Director of Young Professional Engagement.

Based in San Francisco, Shana now works across the country to build meaningful opportunities for young adults to engage in progressive, pro-Israel, pro-peace advocacy and community, helping create pathways for young leadership. Shana studied Psychology and Child Development at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is excited to continue strengthening the next generation of Jewish leaders and advancing a future of peace, democracy, and security for both Israelis and Palestinians.
