Rabbi Charles Kroloff served as Senior Rabbi of Temple Emanu-El of Westfield, NJ, for 36 years. He is the past president of the Central Conference of American Rabbis, the largest rabbinic organization in the world. Rabbi Kroloff  is a co-sponsor of Temple Emanu-El’s “I Have A Dream” program in Plainfield New Jersey  and past president of the Westfield Foundation. Rabbi Kroloff provides consulting services to synagogues, is a mentor to many rabbinic colleagues, and officiates at rabbinic life cycle ceremonies. He also holds certification as a marital therapist.

Rabbi Kroloff earned his B.A. magna cum laude at Yale University and rabbinic ordination at Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion.. Cincinnati. Before coming to Westfield, he was Assistant Rabbi at Temple Israel, Boston, and Rabbi of Community Reform Temple, Westbury, New York. A past president of ARZA, the Association of Reform Zionists of America, he has served on the governing boards of the Jewish Agency, HUC-JIR, and the Union for Reform Judaism. He was a founder of the Interfaith Council for the Homeless of Union County (now Family Promise) and, following retirement, Interim Rabbi at Stephen Wise Free Synagogue, New York City.
