Senior Vice President Of Development

Adee serves as J Street’s Senior Vice President of Development, overseeing fundraising and leadership engagement across the country. Prior to this, she was J Street’s Tri-State/PA Regional Director, directing fundraising, advocacy, political and communal strategy across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Adee co-founded the London-based social change strategy firm The Social Investment Consultancy in 2008, helping businesses, nonprofits and philanthropists maximize their impact. She was previously West Coast Director for the OneVoice Movement, a conflict resolution NGO led by KIND Snacks founder Daniel Lubetzky. Adee has held development, policy and research positions at Israel Policy Forum, the Washington Institute for Near East Policy and the US Institute of Peace. She was selected as a 92Y Women in Power Fellow and an Ariane de Rothschild Fellow, honored as one of 65 top American-Jewish Leaders by the Center for Leadership Initiatives and chosen as one of 25 Emerging Leaders in Conflict Resolution by the US Department of State and the Washington-Ireland Program. Adee was born in Israel and lives in New York City.
